Agricultural Machinery Servicing in Lincolnshire

We are committed to supplying our customers with the best possible service here at Ireland’s Farm Machinery Ltd, and we have in place full service teams at all our branches.

Our service technicians are very experienced with extensive manufacturer training in machinery including Kubota, Kverneland, Bailey Trailers, Spearhead, Vicon, John Deere, New Holland, JCB and Lemken,

We have an extremely competent and helpful team who are able to not only fully service and maintain the machinery within our hire company, but also for our retail customers too.

As a company across our branches we offer in-house facilities for servicing and repairing machines in addition to providing an on farm service for our customers through the use of our mobile service vans. This means that we can offer a quick and reliable service for our customers, particularly in the busiest agricultural seasons.

We now have a mobile rolling road and weigh bridge to do in house and on farm trailer brake testing for both oil and air brakes. This can be arranged with on farm visits through each of our depot service managers, often 3 or 4 farmers bring their trailers to a central point where we test up to 30 trailers in one visit. We also have a mobile rotor balancing machine for on farm balancing again, this can be arranged through our service departments we can balance flail mowers, reach mowers, combine choppers and drying fans etc.

In conjunction with our stores departments, we also have an air conditioning service which caters for all types of machinery including small farm trucks, tractors, combine harvesters and lorries. We also have a hydraulic service, making and repairing most sizes of hydraulic pipes and rams used on the farm today. We regularly offer special and seasonal discounts on our service, repairs and parts.

Mobile Rolling Road Brake Tester

Ireland’s Farm Machinery Lincolnshire are very pleased to announce that we now have a Mobile Rolling Road Brake Tester.

With brake testing deemed vital at every safety inspection it should be planned as a key part of the maintenance regime for your trailer.

Our machine comes equipped with extra wide rollers to accommodate all makes and models of Trailers and our extended workshop availability means your trailer will have minimum down time and be back on the road before you know it.

Mobile Rotor Balancing and Vibration Analysis

Ensure your rotors, flail mowers/ mulchers, fans, shafts and pumps are operating smoothly while running. Wear and tear can unbalance a machine resulting in short machine and bearing life!

Air Conditioning Service

Our BAGMA certified Air Conditioning technicians are able to test, repair and service your air conditioning systems on a wide range of farm vehicles and machinery, including farm trucks, small vans, tractors, combine harvesters and lorries.

Trailer Brake Testing & Health Check

Trailer Brake Testing at any of our depots or on the farm and additional health checks including checking wheel bearings, spring or tandem units, brakes, pipework, rams, electric and tyres.

As you may be aware, legislation will soon be changing and currently you need to have 25% braking efficiency on Agricultural Axles and 50% on Commercial Axles.

All of our service staff have been fully trained via BAGMA regarding trailer brake testing and lohler trailer servicing, testing over 100 trailers before harvest begins each year.

Health Checks also include checking wheel bearings, spring or tandem units, brakes, pipework, rams, electric and tyres.

We will collect and return your trailer within 25 miles of our depots for a small charge per trailer, or alternatively we can come to you on farm.

Hydraulic Hose & Pipe Crimping Service

We now offer a Pipe Crimping and Hydraulic Hose making Service at our Carrington and Sutterton depots, making and repairing most sizes of hydraulic pipes and rams used on the farm today.

Our machine ranges from 1/4″ bore to 1″ bore.

Drill Testing

We Are A British Sugar approved test centre.

Ensure your drill units are booked in for their annual tests.

£12/unit for Kverneland Monopill & Vicon Unicorn.

We also test Monopill SE & Unicorn SD.

For electric drive drills, we offer a full on farm testing service.
